• Once booked tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred nor refunded, even if you do not collect your tickets your credit card will be charged
• The credit card holder must be present with their card to sign for the booking and collect the tickets
• Tickets can be collected from the main ticket office at the front of the circus from 30 minutes before the performance
• We recommend you collect your tickets at least 15 minutes before the performance commences
• You do not need to join the main queue, follow the signs for the credit card collection point
